College football: How to watch Georgia vs. TCU in the CFP National Championship
The national championship is finally here! The college football season comes to a close tonight in Inglewood, Calif., as Georgia and TCU meet with everything on the line. It’s one of the best sporting events of the year, and I can’t wait to tune in to a game with so much intrigue on paper.
Also on tonight’s docket there’s a trio of interesting games in the NBA, including the Bulls taking on the Eastern Conference’s top team in Boston tonight.
Here’s what I’m watching today.
MUST WATCH:
CFP national championship: No. 1 Georgia vs. No. 3 TCU
TCU’s underdog journey from low expectations in the Big 12 to the national championship game has rewritten how we should think about college football in the 2020s. Can the Horned Frogs pull off one more upset, slay the giant that is Georgia and etch their name in the record books forever? It would take a heroic performance from QB Max Duggan, the perfect face for college football’s Cinderella team who balled out in TCU’s win over Michigan. But outdueling the defending national champions, led by veteran QB Stetson Bennett and a ferocious defense, is a massive task. UGA can become the first program to repeat as national champions since Alabama in 2011 and ’12, and complete an undefeated season with a win tonight.
